Chicken nuggets and fries? No, at Juuls the kids can choose between tarte flambée, spaghetti, organic grilled chicken, fish or a BBQ sausage, which all sound a bit more special, don’t they?
If your stomach is already starting to rumble by 4pm after an active day on the beach, then you can come and replenish your energy levels with a dinner at Juuls, which opens at noon. Although this restaurant is renowned for its delicious meat dishes, such as burgers, steak, entrecote and tournedos, all grilled in a charcoal oven, there’s still plenty to choose from if you’re a vegetarian or fish lover. The homemade chips with mayonnaise are not to be missed!
Nice to know
Juuls is on Ooststraat, the village’s main street, where you’ll find lots of nice terraces, shops and restaurants. During high season, this street hosts numerous events such as the tourist market which is held every Monday.
