Buildings and their surroundings completely flow into each other, every street is different, with various shapes, sizes and corners. Hidden among architect Piet Blom’s famous Cube Houses, our hostel is a perfect example of this.
Spend the night in a work of art
Always wanted to know what it's like to stay in the world-famous Cube Houses? In our hostel, you can! These works of art have been one of the most recognised eye-catchers in the Netherlands for more than 30 years. You'll notice right away that you're in a unique building - no two bedrooms in the hostel are the same!
In the hostel
The great thing about this hostel is that you can feel like a guest in your own home. It creates an oasis of tranquillity, and you go wherever you please. In the middle of the hostel, you're surrounded by big open windows luring you out into the city! You can see the business world on your left, with long roads and people with ambitions. On your right, you can see the old harbour with boats, colourful cafés and old buildings that show a Rotterdam that once was.
The city of Rotterdam
The second largest city in the Netherlands, and with of the largest port in Europe, this metropolis is known for its architecture, art and culture. Our hostel in Rotterdam has the perfect location: by the Rotterdam Blaak train and metro station, opposite the Markthal and on the lively Old Harbour. We're also 10 minutes by bike from Central Station.
This city does not do ‘tidy’ and is perfectly imperfect. When you look ahead, you'll see strong innovation: architecture, art and the diverse, striking shapes. Staying in is tempting, but you know that you have no time to lose to go out and about. Visit museums, explore the Markthal, dive into Rotterdam's nightlife or enjoy unique restaurants with world tastes.
